Tung Chung Baptist Kindergarten Admission Schedule 2026-2027

Registration Date：

From 1st September 2025 ( Monday )

Application Method：

(1) Online Application

Log on to our school website – application for admission and submit the application form.When submitting the application form, you must also upload：

Recent passport photo of your child
Birth certificate
Immunisation Record
Application fee $40 ( Online payment is available )

(2) Submit in Person

Parents can download the form from the school website or obtain the form from the school and submit the completed application form and related documents in person during office hours. Please prepare the following document when submitting the form：

Recent passport photo of your child
Birth certificate ( Original and Copy )
Immunisation Record ( Original and Copy )
Application fee $40 (Cash)

Remark：

Bring along your registered child’s birth certificate and original immunisation record for verification on the interview day
We will interview for all the applicants
Children must be accompanied by their parent in the interview, which will be conducted in the form of games and conversation.

Arrangements for interview：

Date：1st November 2025 (Saturday)

(Parents will be notified by email of the interview time)

Interview arrangement for non-Chinese speaking applicants：

(1) The school will conduct interviews for in English.

(2) We welcome the relatives or friends of the applicant who speak Chinese to accompany the applicant for the interview.

Admission Criteria：

(1) Interview performance

(2) Considered priority

Siblings of current students, children of school staffs will be priority considered priority

(3) Application for Whole-day session or from families in need will be prioritized

Admission results：

Notification of admission results will be sent to parents by email at the beginning of December 2025.

Non-profit Kindergarten Centralised Registration Dates：

Dates：8th January 2026( Thursday) to 10th January 2026

Parents need to submit the following documents for the registration：

(1) 2026/27 E-Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission

(2) Registration fee：

Half-Day Class：$970
Full-Day Class：$1570

(3)During school office hours:

Thursday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm

Remark：

The registration fee will be returned on September 2026.
If an applicant wishes to change school after registering with us, parents are required to complete the de-registration with our kindergarten by scanning the QR code on the E-Registration Certificate. Since then, we will no longer reserve the place for the applicant. the “registration fee” paid to us will not be refunded.

Application for the 2026/27 Kindergarten Registration Certificate：

(1) Online Application

The Education Bureau (“EDB”) has launched the electronic “Registration Certification for Kindergarten Admission” (“RC”). For parents who submit their applications for the “RC” online, EDB will send the “RC” (PDF format) to those eligible children via email. The electronic “RC” is printed with a QR code, parents can directly have the kindergarten scan the QR code to conform their registration.

(2) Submit by postage

Parents can obtain the application forms from the District Offices, Regional Education Offices of EDB or school, and submit the completed application form and related documents by postage to EDB. Generally, it takes about 6 to 8 weeks to complete the review, EDB will send the “RC” (PDF format) to those eligible children via email.

Arrangement of reserve students：

(1) Notification of reserve students will be sent to parents by email or phone call at the beginning of December 2025. If you do not receive a notification from the school before 12th December, 2025, it means applicant is not admitted.

(2) If the applicants are not admitted, they may refer to the “Kindergarten Classes Vacancy Information” published by the EDB at the end of January 2026 through internet.

Tuition Fee in 2025-2026 School Year: (Total 11 installments)
